Unnecessary Fact of the Day: The Yankees won the world series in the years that my father, mother and myself were born. The Yankees only won the Pennant the year my sister was born.

I'm sure there are a billion websites out there about the Yankees that are better than this one, but I have put this up here since I have a deep devotion towards the Yankees, and feel like sharing information that not everyone my be aware of. However, I'm lazy and never really update this section.

For the second straight season, almost every team has announced their schedule for next season. And once again, the Yankees are not one of those teams. Some beautiful stuff with six series vs each team in the division, plus the Yankees will open the season at home for the first time since 1995!

Check out the photo of me and Freddy from Freddy Sez. It was taken when the Yankees were forced to move a game to Shea Stadium on April 15, 1998. Another wonderful (although overcast) afternoon in the outstanding 1998 championship season.

I'd like to put some interresting tidbits on this webpage next season, like what Freddy Sez at every home game, and who wins the Great City Subway Race (Lets go 4!!!!)
